There are so many reasons why Rossetti's Venus Verticordia, for which his wife Lizzie Siddal modeled, is not a good pick for a Valentine's Day image. Then again, I expect that her love for him was perfect. And she makes a truly lovely Venus. Happy Valentine's Day everyone. May your love always be deserved <3
